The concept that underlies the design of Madinaty, which covers 33.6 million m2, is providing an exceptional style of living in a modern city with all its varied needs. A 27.3 million m2 area of the project is devoted to residential areas, with each stage being provided with a set of fully integrated household services. In addition to the above, there is also an area of 6.3 million m2 devoted and dedicated to services for the city’s inhabitants as well as for Cairo residents.

The execution of the project ensures the provision of services for each phase of the project simultaneously upon the completion of each phase. Each stage is connected by a network of roads to the highways outside Madinaty in addition to two ring roads which Link its different phases allowing residents free access to services in other sections of the city, and providing them with a wider choice of services.

Parking is readily available in residential and service areas. Capacity has been planned in accordance with expected population density levels. Care was also taken to plan for pedestrian-only areas to guarantee our client’s comfort and enjoyment.

Madinaty includes vast areas of greenery, all interconnected, in order to ensure adequate oxygen levels.
