In an unprecedented achievement in the Egyptian real estate market, TMG announced to customers of the First Phase of Madinaty Project who are contracted to receive their villas without interior finishing works that their villas will be delivered starting 28/12/08, 16 months ahead of schedule.
Despite the early delivery, TMG will not request any change of the originally planned payment schedule from its customers.
